Dixon Building

Home of Dorie's Antiques

The beautiful Dixon Building is the home of Dorie's Antiques.  Built in 1866 just after the Civil War, it is one of the finest examples of Natchez architecture from this period.  Located in a premier location on Main Street, it served as one of the principle mercantile sources in the city for over 100 years.   After being abandoned in the late 20th century it was on the verge of being lost until lovingly restored by my husband and myself beginning in 2015.  Even if you are not looking for a specific antique, we hope you will visit this magnificent building and see the results of the restoration for yourself.
